Downtown Stillwater & the Chamber of Commerce have organized a series of holiday-themed activities to draw business to downtown Stillwater and increase local shopping during the season of giving.

Downtown Stillwater has organized for Santa and carriage rides at locations around the downtown area free of charge to lure shoppers.

The Christmas activities organized by Downtown Stillwater started on December 6 and will end on December 22.

Stillwater Chamber of Commerce organized a Jingle Bell Sweepstakes to accomplish a similar goal of improving local shopping and economic development. This contest enters participants who shop at local stores and register their tickets in a drawing to win $10,000.
